General Trouble shooting steps:

First head to the the rockygg status website to make sure the server is online. Status Website

If the server is online please follow these steps to help troubleshoot. (Only move to the next method if the previous method did not work) Please ask a adult when completing these steps.

Method 1: Shut down device and wait ten seconds. After ten seconds unplug the power cable of the device and wait another 10 seconds before plugging the cord back in. Attempt to join the server again

Method 2:Join the discord and create a support post in the support channel. Discord link

Method 3:
Send a email to elijah@rockygg.com or support@rockygg.com.
Please include all photos, details, and error codes that may help us solve the problem.
